Directions: Use after shampooing hair. Wet hair thoroughly. Depending on length and thickness of hair, pump 10-20 squirts into palm of hand. Massage into scalp and work through hair in sections. Massage into hair shaft in a twisting, upward rubbing motion. Comb conditioner through hair making sure to coat from root to ends. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat at least once more leaving it on hair for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with cool water. Style as usual.

As a leave in conditioner: Wash hair with shampoo. Rinse and squeeze most water out of your hair and lightly towel dry before applying the conditioner. Using between 5-9 pumps, work the conditioner through damp hair, paying special attention to the ends. Allow hair to dry, then style as usual.

As a co-wash: Use the conditioner as you would our shampoo. Apply to wet hair, massaging to cleanse. Massage thoroughly into the scalp and then work the product through hair. Complete the remaining sections, rinse and style as usual. Start by wetting your hair in the shower. Then apply the conditioner to your scalp and gently massage for about 3-5 minutes, focusing on the new growth. Let sit for 5-15 minutes on the hair. Proceed with your shower, detangle hair with a wide-tooth comb, rinse with lukewarm water and style.
